Is there a service fee for upgrades?

There is no fee for the upgrade, but there is a fee to deploy and configure the upgrade to your specific UI, UX, user rights, roles, metadata, integrations, security protocols...
Each new release (upgrade) of the Wedia software is covered by your license. However, you also benefit from an enterprise level single tenant model, where we have isolated and configured (and potentially customized) your solution’s UI, UX, user rights, roles, meta data, integrations, security protocols, and more, to the specifics of your organization.
The benefit to your organization, you have your system your way. However, with an average of or more than 100 bug fixes, improvements and upgrades coming with each release there will be the need to determine things like:
• Who should have access to the new features?
• Do I want to use these new features?
• How do these improvements impact my configuration?
To answer these questions and implement the appropriate configuration for your solution requires the support of your Wedia Project Manager, along with our development and hosting teams.
Additionally, there some benefits to your single tenant model.
Unlike multi-tenant models, you don’t need to take every upgrade.
• While Wedia averages more than 7 releases per year, most of our clients only take 1-4 upgrades per year.

Content Picker is good, but can't I simply retrieve the URLs in the DAM for no additional cost?

Not only does Content Picker bring more comfort to webmasters, with a great design, embedded in their usual CMS, but it also enables the following:

Analytics are interesting, but what are they going to teach me?
