CDO offers instructional and professional training for all iBrams functions.iBrams is intuitively operable, which is why end users generally require no specific training. However, for better understanding and more efficient operation, it is also recommended for this user group to attend basic training.
For project and template managers, as well as administrators, who must independently solve tasks that are more complex, training is a definite prerequisite.
The iBrams training concept is modularly structured, offering building blocks for different topics and user groups. The training contents are adjusted to the role of the participants in the system as well as their personal requirements.
Once users have successfully completed the various training steps, they are able to comprehensively and independently handle the system in almost all conceivable situations.
In addition, individually designed training on customer-specific topics is also available upon request.
