Projektmanagement
Following the decision to apply iBrams, CDO supports new customers in each of several steps up to the successful system implementation.Plan & Define:
This step includes the collection and documentation of customer requirements. This involves the coordination and definition of the binding project details such as integration in existing systems, required resources, creation of a time plan, as well as planning of measures and budgets.
Build:
This phase consists of the configuration of the system according to the defined customer requirements, incorporating the regular dialog with the persons in charge of the process, as well as the documentation of interim results in the form of project status reports.
Quality Assurance:
This involves the examination of project requirements as part of the internal quality assurance process for the error-free delivery of the system to the customer, and the external quality assurance as part of the project acceptance by the customer.
Run & Deploy:
The final step involves the preparation for the successful implementation of iBrams as part of individual implementation management. If required, an initial test system is launched with which the customer can internally prepare the application before the system subsequently goes live.
CDO also offers active support for new partners in planning and implementing their first iBrams project.
