Consulting
Potential customers receive extensive consulting by the CDO team prior to making the decision to implement iBrams. This includes several steps:Initially, the customer receives a cost-benefit analysis that provides an overview of the Return On Investment (ROI) of iBrams application. This is followed by a feasibility study that indicates whether the customer requirements can be technically implemented through iBrams and whether there is an individual need for integration and adaptation.
The next step is setting up a demo system based on customer templates and processes. A process analysis examines the interaction between the customer, the associated agency and service providers, as well as the set-up of the customer's internal release and ordering processes. The individual phases, work steps, times, resources qualification profiles, and deadlines are determined within the scope of the mutual planning of an iBrams solution.
The consulting allows our customers optimally prepare for "their" system, resulting in a smooth product launch. This ensures that the planned targets, such as maximum customer satisfaction, quick return on investment (ROI), and most efficient rollout across the customer's organization, are attained.
