Andreas Michalski
Chief Executive Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Andreas Michalski is the founder and CEO of CDO. After completing his commercial training, he moved to the United Sates where he gained experiences in the optimization of business processes using the first versions of personal computers.
After his return from the USA he became the managing partner of a company specialized in workflow systems in 1982. In the mid-1980's, Andreas Michalski laid the foundation stone for today's iBrams integrated Brand Management Solution at corporations such as Lufthansa City Line (AirLink), BASF (Dieter) and Adam Opel AG.
Before founding CDO, Michalski worked as the Executive Director for iBrams at the Brand Implementation Group, an affiliated company of the Peter Schmidt Group. Together with his team, he turned iBrams during this time into the leading brand management and web-to-print product.
Joachim Weissenberger, MBA
Director Sales and Marketing

As Head of Marketing & Sales at CDO, Joachim Weissenberger is responsible for the successful global set up, expansion and organization of sales activities for the iBrams Integrated Brand Management Solution. He is also in charge of strategic product marketing.
Prior to the establishment of CDO, Weissenberger worked for the Brand Implementation Group, an affiliated company of the Peter Schmidt Group, as Head of Sales. This position followed his work as a freelance media advisor during which he handled important iBrams customers for the Peter Schmidt Group, including Adam Opel AG and Ströer Out-of-Home Media.
Joachim Weissenberger holds a Master's degree in Media Management from the Steinbeis Hochschule für Medien, he studied in Berlin, Milano (Bocconi) and New York (Stern).
Gunter Marczinke
Head of Services

Gunter Marczinke is in charge of CDO's services department. In conjunction with his team of experienced specialists, he offers specialized consulting, instruction and training courses, template management, as well as a wide range of support services.
A cultural science (media) graduate, Gunter Marczinke was exposed to iBrams for the first time in 2004 while working for MC Trade, a marketing agency located in Wiesbaden, Germany. In this capacity, he supported the concept and contents of the solution for Adam Opel AG. He subsequently increased and developed his professional understanding of customer requirements in other positions before joining the iBrams team in 2006.
The focus of his responsibilities as Head of iBrams Services is the professional support of all iBrams customers in all application areas. Together with his team, he is also in charge of creating successful and stable customer relations through efficient and customized support packages.
Robert Gies
Director Software Development
Robert Gies heads the software development department at CDO. His responsibilities include the organization of the department, research and development, quality assurance, product planning and technological partnerships, as well as partner programs. Today's iBrams System was conceived and developed by him starting with the first program code.
Before the establishment of CDO, Robert Gies was the director of development at Brand Implementation Group, an associated company of the Peter Schmidt Group. Overall, he has more than 20 years of project experience in software development, eight of which he gained as director of development.
Since 1998, Robert Gies has been developing professional Internet applications for customers such as "Deutsche Bank," "Deutsche Post", and "Hugo Boss". He gained additional valuable experiences from projects implemented in the United States.
Alfred B. Klamm
Director Operations

Alfred B. Klamm holds the post of Head of Operations at CDO. In this position, he is in charge of the organization, control, and human resources of the Operations department including project management, template management and services.
The Diplom Ingenieur (Engineering graduate) has held leading managerial posts in the iBrams team since 2005. During his career, he worked as a deputy department head and IT project manager at Metro AG and ThyssenKrupp AG. Additionally, in his capacity as Test and Launch Manager of Karstadt Quelle New Media AG, he served on the steering committee for the Happy-Digits customer loyalty system as part of the joint venture with Deutsche Telekom AG.
Patrick Lucas
Key Account Management

Patrick Lucas works as Key Account Manager for CDO Corporate Design Online at the Munich branch office. In addition to the establishment and management of the branch office, he is also in charge of supporting customers on location.
Until the establishment of CDO, Patrick Lucas was managing director of Schaufler Group Services and Media IT Services in Munich. Prior to that, he gained additional brand communication experiences as IT and Interactive Manager of Publicis full service agency in Munich. Following his graduation with a degree in business administration, he initially held various posts at ARAG International AG.
Roland Gauch
Sales Director Switzerland

Roland Gauch works as Sales Director for CDO in Switzerland. As an independent consultant and experienced brand management expert, the Swiss native is responsible for the set-up, expansion and organization of iBrams sales activities in Switzerland.
In the past few years, Gauch has already managed key iBrams projects, offering customers services ranging from consulting via implementation to follow-up support. Until the establishment of CDO, Gauch was the Sales Director of the Brand Implementation Group where he opened up the Swiss market for iBrams.
Previous posts included Sales Director for one of Switzerland's largest system providers and setting up the sales department for a telecommunications company.
