Tom Blume has taken on a new position as the Director of Customer Service

Frankfurt am Main, July 6, 2009 – Tom Blume will be responsible with immediate effect for the project business and the customer-oriented further development of iBrams as the Director of Customer Service at CDO Corporate Design Online. He will add his sound knowledge in the fields of IT consulting, customer relationship management, marketing, business process modeling, and service-oriented architectures to the company.

“We want to further expand our customer service through the appointment of Tom Blume and intensify the levels of interaction with users. Using his great expertise he will help to provide optimum support to our clients and constantly further develop iBrams”, explained Andreas Michalski, CEO of CDO Corporate Design Online.

Before switching to CDO Tom Blume worked as the Director of Development at Interone World in Munich and was also one of the site managers. At earlier ports of call in his professional career he worked as a technical project manager at BBDO Interone in Wiesbaden and Munich as well as a software developer at Fit GmbH in Wiesbaden.

After completing his degree course in Information Sciences Blume gained comprehensive project-based experience in various positions in the sectors of Enterprise-Web, business and database applications. He has already worked amongst other things in client projects at BMW, the Daimler Group, O2 as well as the Postbank AG.
